We offer premium grade, all natural cheese.

We want to offer you the best, so we carefully chose a cheese distributor that would share our same goals in standards of quality.

Our cheese comes from Palatine Dairy and Adirondack Cheese Co., which is a family owned business that has been aging quality cheese for three generations. It is a premium grade cheese made with whole milk and aged to perfection. It is not affiliated with McCadam Cheese.

We offer quality cheddars ranging from mild to our White Gold Cheddar which has aged three years. Also available are flavored cheddars such as Hot Horseradish, Bacon/Horseradish, Garlic, Cheddar & Pepperoni, and Jalapeno. You may want to try our Buffalo Wing Cheese, Hickory Smoked Cheese, Smoked Gouda, Imported Cheeses and Limburger, as well as our cheese curd, cheese spreads, summer sausage and Croghan Bologna.

Also available is NYS, Kipp Farms, hand-crafted goat cheese. This is an award winning spreadable cheese available in plain as well as flavored.

To enhance your cheese experience you may also choose from our fine line of Arbor Hill wine jellies and specialty crackers including sesame crackers, water crackers and Nut Thins.
